Dragonflies are very ancient with estimates of having been around for over 180 million years!
They are a beautiful, jewel-like coloring. Their colors are maily caused the same way rainbows form.
Structures in their shell scatter and refract the light, making them look iridescent green and blue.
Dragonfly's magicK is the power of light and all that has ever been associated with it.
Dragonfly inhibits 2 realms, Water and Air. in their nymph stage they spend almost 2 years in the water until they are transformed into flight.
So to this, we can look at the significance of Air and Water and 2 year cycles.
Dragonflies are often winged carriers of the fae and have strong links to the nature spirits.
If dragonfly has flown into ur life look for some sort of transformation to occur. Dragonfly says "Let there be light" and illuminates some aspect of your life that needs change. Dragonfly will help you to see through your illusiions and thus allow your own light to shine forth. Dragonfly brings the brightness of transformation and the wonder of colorful new vision!!
Now, Lets talk about small container water gardens... A container water garden is simply a collection of plants (and water plants are very tough little guys) submerged in water in a container. Creating a container water garden is very simple. All you need is the container, plants, sunny spot and the Water (of course.)
Now you may be wondering if you need
a special kind of container...the anser is No.
Anything that wont leak water will do, and if it does leak water
putting a plastic liner in it will solve that problem.
