PCA Board meetings are held on the second Thursday of every month, at Woodfield Elementary School, from 7:00 PM until 8:30 PM. Residents are welcome to attend.

Our 2009 assessment will be billed to property owners on December 15, with a due date of January 31. The assessment levels are:
$143 - detached-house; $198 - town-house

1. Our community was developed in 1978 by Pettit & Griffin, who built many of the houses, but some houses were built by Ryan Homes.
2. The community is self-managed.
3. Number of homes: 406, of which 346 are single family detached and 60 are town-houses.
4. There are two parks, named Club View Park, and Wesley Foreman Memorial Park.
5. The 2009 annual assessment amounts are $143.00 for detached-house properties, and $198.00 for town-house properties.
