A Trustee Meeting was held in the Secretary's House at 2 p.m.
Present: Trustees E.A. Percival, M.A. Kruse, E. McGuire.

The last Minutes were read and confirmed.

Correspondence:-
A letter was read from the Department, as to a new Certificate being obtained by the Teacher, in her married name, and it was prop. by Trustee Percival, sec. by Trustee McGuire, "that the Secretary-Treasurer be instructed not to settle with Mrs. Blundell until this new Certificate is produced."
Carried.

Letter was read from Department re the new Teacher Agreements, and the Secretary was instructed, on the proposition of Trustees Kruse & Percival & carried, to make out the Agreements according to the requirements of the Education Department.

"That the Secretary be authorized to purchase a Screen Door for the School House." - Carried

Prop. by Trustee McGuire, sec. by Trustee Kruse that the Secretary writes to the Department requesting satisfaction as to the School Site.

"That Edith L. Mudie be appointed Teacher from July 6th to November 30th, if weather permits, the Chairman to decide. Salary to be Four Dollars ($4.00) each full Teaching day when the School is operated. The Janitor Work to be part of the Teacher's duties."
