| This was my first ownership of Real property. A brick 2 bedroom 1 bath duplex located walking distance from East Carolina University and not very far from downtown Greenville; party central. I purchased both units, the entire building in 1979 and lived there until April 1998. The sheds are were I kept my motorcycles. The metal shed, 8' X 10' held up for eight years. It was cramped with two bikes. I built the blue shed, 12' X 20' and I thought I was in heaven. That was the beginning of the building fever that lead to building my house.
