| Dragonslayer 1 Part 02 ~When we last left our anti-heroes, they were transported to the dreaded cursed Chinese training ground Jusenkyo, with nasty results. Then they were transported back to Gaea, aboard the Vione, and their story continues.......~ "Your men were pretty funny too!" Naria said. "Hee hee! Gatti makes the cutest pig!" Eriya added. "What's going on in here?" Folken walked in and was greeted by the unexpected sight of a pale, blue-haired teenage girl glaring dangerously at Naria and Eriya through familiar red eyes. And of all places it was in DILANDAU'S room! "And who is this girl?" Naria smirked. "What? you don't recognize Dilandau?" "That is NOT Dilandau, Naria. One, she doesn't have a scar. Two She's a SHE (Well, not the she he was made from, anyway....)! Eriya produced a bottle of hot water she had brought in and poured it on Dilandau-chan, who instantly reverted to male. "Dilandau?" Folken looked ~somewhat~ surprised. "Yes, its ME, DAMMIT!" The angry Dragonslayer yelled. "I.......see" Folken said quietly, and left the room ~~~~ Folken kept his grim look and walked down the hall, then, oddly, he started walking faster, and he finally reached his room, closed the door, and locked it. Dilandau then heard loud, hysterical laughter coming from the direction that led to Folken's room. Naria and Eriya ran off laughing. slid his jacket back on and went to the briefing room where the Dragonslayers were, and he, too, was greeted by an interesting surprise. Gatti-P and Migel-Neko cowered under a nearby table. Guimel was trying to hide his sheep doll. Chesta-Chan was swamped by Dlaet, Viole, Ryuon, and several others, each one completely smitten with her. "Fall in, you incompetants!" Dilandau yelled. "Dilandau-sama!" Dalet asked. "Why weren't we told a cute girl like her was joining us?" "Where's Gatti, Chesta, and Migel?" Viole asked. "And where did these animals come from?" Ryuon asked. All three speakers soon sported painful, red marks on their faces. I'M GETTING TO IT!!!" Dilandau shouted, rather disappointed he may have to tell the secret. He WAS still angry from this morning and decided to have a little fun. "Ches-"-GOOSH! Dilandau was splashed from behind by Naria and Eriya, and everyone saw Dilandau transform into a rather attractive female. "You stupid cats!!!" the now-female Dilandau yelled at the two giggling leopard twins. "I'm gonna KILL you!!!!!" She also noticed Folken's laughing STILL hadn't stopped....... Naria and Eriya took off. Chesta-Chan blushed when Dalet put two and two toghether and looked at her in shock. "Ch...CHESTA?!" The short, orange-haired girl blushed deeper still. "Y....yes?" Despite how attractive Dilandau-Chan was, the other Dragonslayers knew better than to so much as glance at her, because she then stated that ANYONE who even LOOKED at her in ~that~ way, or laughed, would have a sword shoved through their stomach. "Now that THAT has been taken care of," she began, "I might as well tell you what happened, and I'll only say it ONCE." ~a while later~ "And that's what happened." Despite the stern look Dilandau often gave them, there was a hint of gradually increasing despair in her eyes, but the Dragonslayers were too shocked by the story to point it out. Gatti and Migel, who had left and changed back, returned with a kettle and poured some hot water on Chesta-Chan, and familiar, male Chesta appeared in her place. Dilandau-Chan grabbed the kettle and poured the rest on herself, reverting to male. Gatti opened a scroll. "Folken has assigned us the next mission." he said, and started reading. Dilandau walked over to him with a glass of water he somehow aquired in his hand. "-The Dragon has gone to the forest behind Asturia. Capture it by any means necessary.-" "Works for me!" Dilandau was happy his superiors didn't make fun of his methods again. "Post-Script:" Gatti continued. "Try to stay out of water, "young lady"!" Dilandau's ecstasy was replaced by anger. "That was a-BWEE!!!!!" Gatti shrunk down to a small piglet when the enraged Dilandau tossed the water(while it was still in the glass) at him. The piglet picked up the clothes with its mouth and headed angrily to the bathroom. ~Forest Behind Asturia~ 3 invisible Alseides units quietly surrounded the makeshift camp Van, Hitomi, and Merle were located at. Escaflowne sat in a kneelingpose nearby. Dilandau had brought along Chesta(so if Dilandau gets wet, he won't suffer alone), and Dalet(who brought along Folken's newest invention, a thermos[Zaibach Thermos(tm)! Get YOURS today!] of hot water, in case Dilandau got wet) "Vaaaaaan......." Dilandau then grinned m entioning his sworn enemy's name. As if he developed a Sixth Sense, Van KNEW the elite Zaibach soldiers were nearby. He stood up, went over and opened Escaflowne, and climbed in. "VAN!" Hitomi pointed to a familiar red Alseides coming out of stealth mode, Chrima claws ready. Van was now inside Escaflowne and ready to fight. Dilandau's shrill laughter emitted from the red Alseides. "Did you and your Mystic Moon girl REALLY think you'd get rid of me so easy?" Chesta and Dalet uncloaked behind their commander. "Hitomi! Merle! Find someplace to hide!" Van yelled. The two obeyed. Merle reached a tree, Dilandau's Alseides placed one big metal foot in front of Hitomi while Chesta and Dlaet charged Van. "Where might you be going, girl?" Dilandau said, having Alseides raise its arm towards Hitomi. A metal claw poked out of one of the barrels of the Chrima claw launcher, and aimed at her. "I haven't 'repayed' you for sending me and my Dragonslayers to those springs!!!!" As anyone would expect, Van managed to break free of Chesta and Dalet' and succeed in slicing off the red Alseides' raised arm. "I should have guessed you'd do anything to protect that girl!" Dilandau said angrily. This bought Chesta and Dalet time to restrain Escaflowne. "Not AGAIN!" Van thought to himself as Dilandau's Alseides prepared to use him as a punching bag again. No, not this time...... Escaflowne kicked the red Alseides, causing it to stumble backwards toward a lake. Escaflowne then became Dragon mode, causing Chesta's and Dalet's Alseides to let go of it. The dragon-guymelef flew behind them before they could move and they were promtly slammed strait at Dilandau's guymelef. Dilandau had managed to regain balace and avoid falling into the lake, only to see two Alseides units slam into his, and in they went. Escaflowne scooped up Hitomi and Merle and made its escape.... ~~~~ A waterlogged Dalet emerged from his nearly-submerged, totally ruined guymelef, thermos in hand. Unfortuntely, the cap had broken off, and there was no water left in it. He turned and saw two teenage girls coughing and swimming to shore, their guymelefs in no better condition. One short cute, and with orange hair in a bowlcut, the other pale, with light-blue hair, red eyes, and a bod that could make Folken's leopard twins jealous(if they cared). Chesta-Chan stood up, looked down at herself, and sighed unhappily. Dilandau-Chan was busy trying to open her now rather tight, restricting jacket, and finally succeeded, grumbling about "gonna fry Van and his Mystic Moon girl to fritter size". Thankfully, her shirt didn't get too wet. "Heh, all we have to do is go to Asturia. The Vione's parked out by the docks, and Strategos will pick us up!" Dilandau-Chan said, perking up. "Dalet, the water." She held out her hand. Dalet sweatdropped and nervously showed the open thermos, empty. Dilandau-Chan looked less-than-pleased...... Several animals that roamed the forest were startled by what sounded like either a whip cracking, or a soldier being slapped abnormally hard by a furious commanding officer. "So...... let me get this strait, Dalet...." Chesta-Chan said in an angry tone that surprised even Dilandau-Chan. "I have to go to Asturia like THIS?!"
