-Unarmed Combat - All soldiers are taught to be armed, whether they are carrying a weapon or not. It's all part of basic training, always has been, always will be. But, it's always good to know how to kick ass without a gun, right?
-UAC Laserblade - The UAC's been manufacturing this as a standard infantry close-combat weapon for the past 30 years, and improving it as they go. In the past ten years, there have been no accidents of a fatal nature…well, no battery detonations, anyways.
-Israeli Military Industries Desert Eagle .50 - The armed forces changed this to their standard sidearm long ago, as it is still capable of puncturing through any personnel body armour manufactured to date. The only setback is its awfully tiny magazine, which holds 7 rounds.
-Cobray MAC-10 .45ACP machine pistol - The UAC adopted this as a sidearm because not only could it punch through an armoured vest, but it could make most people with half a brain duck for cover. It does, and always have, represent the "spray 'n' pray" gun, and always shall. The UAC has modernised it by putting a low-zoom sight on the front for slightly more precise work. A second one of these can be picked up. The magazine capacity is 30 rounds per weapon, and it's rate of fire is approximately 1000 rpm, and was invented in the mid 20th century.
-Remington 870 12ga riot shotgun - This is the standard shotgun of the armed forces, mainly because of its versatility and its ease of use. It is the most powerful 12ga shotgun that is available. It has been in use for well over 200 years.
-UAC automatic shotgun - A fully automatic shotgun developed by the UAC more for the purpose of suppression than anything else. Developed in 2032, and going through many revisions because of its lack of reliability and durability, it is now a rugged killing machine. Well, it could kill if it could maintain its accuracy.
-UAC 7.62mm Bullpup Assault Rifle - Developed in 2057 during the Martian Rebellion, this weapon has one purpose only: Merciless slaughter. Despite a fire rate of nearly 1000 rounds per minute, this weapon maintains incredible accuracy and reliability. Its only setback is its 30 round magazine, which goes by very quickly.
-UAC 7.62mm Pulse Rifle - Taking the principles behind a caseless weapon and improving upon them, the UAC has come out with the Pulse Rifle, a fully automatic weapon that uses plasma (gas in a very hot and unstable state) to blast off ammunition with incredible stopping power. Developed in 2093 because the UAC wished to update its equipment for off-world combat battalions, it has grown widely in popularity as it became more safe and efficient (the older models had a tendency to explode with enough force to kill an 8 man squad, and the accuracy was horrible), and is now used by all of the UAC's off-world combat crews. As it has developed, it has gone through many variations, as it was intended to be as versatile as possible. All models had an underslung secondary weapon, ranging from 10ga shotguns to flamethrowers to railguns. The modern one supports both a 10ga shotgun and a 20mm underslung grenade launcher. The rifle itself has a fire rate surpassing 1000 rpm, and its magazine capacity for the rifle is 50 rounds of 7.62mm caseless rounds, and the underslung secondary holds either 10 shotgun shells, or 10 grenades.
-UAC Smart Gun - The first auto-tracking weapon, this weapon is actually quite recent, as it was developed in 2099. Its firing system is the exact same as the Pulse Rifle, except it uses an integrated belt instead of magazines. How it works is that a target need only be within a certain radius of the targeting reticle (your crosshair), and then the trigger is pulled, and the target is ripped to pieces. Its accuracy is excellent, and its rate of fire is around 1000 rpm.
-Heckler and Koch PSG-1 - An old sniper rifle (nearly 200 years old), but still the best semi-automatic out there. It also has no muzzle flash, and has a 20 round magazine, and thus has become a sniper's favourite for anti-personnel work. The caliber is 7.62mm.
-Barret .50 BMG sniper rifle - Another old weapon, roughly the same age as the PSG-1, but considered one of the most valuable weapons because of the fact that it is the most powerful "small" weapon available. It is usually not recommend for use on personnel, as there is an incredible mess involved, and this it is normally used in assaults on armoured targets. It has a 10 round magazine, and an incredibly high recoil, so firing is a bit on the slow side. However, it's 12.7mm round will rip right through the side of an armoured personnel carrier with the same zest as the newer railguns - and go right through half of the crew, and the other side.
-M-60E LMG Mk. X- another old weapon, but has been updated with a trigger, hammer, and barrel systems, and thus it is more accurate and more powerful. It fires 7.62mm at 600 rpm, and although its rate of fire is low, its impact is incredibly high.
-General Electric M-134 Electric Gatling Gun Mk. III - The UAC researched into recoil dampening system, and was able to make the M-134 a usable and practical assault weapon. Its most common use is for suppressive assaults, and is good for little more than that because of the danger involved after the trigger is released, as the barrels take several seconds to finish winding down. The rate of fire is incredibly high, and it runs out of 7.62mm very quickly.
-Flamethrower - The UAC still uses this for dealing with bunkers, just as they used it in the first World War of 1914. The fuel however has changed somewhat to the much more flammable, and much less unstable combination of Naphtha and Napalm. Why it even has a pilot light is a question that has astounded most developers, as Napalm is considered to be an oxidiser. However, all chemicals are separated until the trigger is pulled, so as to maintain some level of safety.
-RPG - The UAC has developed one of the most frightening weapons in existence: A rocket launcher capable of firing fuel-air-explosive rounds. This was created in the mid 21st century, and pioneered a new age of super weapons, as it could be used to either wipe out a platoon (standard rocket with HE warhead), or a town (FAE). It also became quite invaluable for dealing with bunkers to the point where the flamethrower will probably be made obsolete within a few years. The UAC is also currently working on a man-portable thermonuclear weapon, but results so far have been very disappointing.
-Heavy "Gluon" Plasma Cannon - Developed only ten years ago, this weapon has most certainly made its fame. It is the first stable prototype - to - factory plasma weapon, but it has its costs. It normally fires stable balls of plasma ammunition, but can be charged up to unleash a powerful, yet very unstable blast. No one has been killed so far, but some have been severely scarred or maimed from irresponsible usage.
