As a member of Globalpinoy, you are guaranteed of certain rights and
privileges, such as the following:
Yearly dividends. As a shareholder, you will receive an annual dividend
or share of the cooperative's net profit.
Business Assistance and Accreditation. If ever you meet business start-up
problems, the Globalpinoy family would be more than willing to assist you and guide
you through your business undertakings: be it a simple paperwork or training
your business staff.
Business Franchise. When you become a member, you may apply for
FREE Franchise of PINOYBLEND Business worth Php 15,000.00.
Business Loans. If you have sound business idea but lack the necessary
capital, the Globalpinoy can fund your business venture as long as you meet the
requirements set by the Loan and Credit Committee.
Business Network. Since Globalpinoy is made up of small and medium scale
entrepreneurs, you already belong to a network of entrepreneurs!

To rise up to its growing recognition and expectation of its members,
Globalpinoy
officers and members are tasked to do the following:

Regular conduct of basic orientation seminars for officers and members alike

Signing up of partnership agreements with other business enterprises and
agencies

THE COOPERATIVE
What is a Cooperative?
A Cooperative is a duly registered association of at least fifteen (15) persons
with a common bond of interest who voluntarily join together to achieve a lawful
common social and economic end.
What are Cooperative By-Laws?
By-laws are the set of rules that determines how a cooperative is to be run
without confusion. In general, by-laws should be consistent with the provisions
of the Cooperative Code of the Philippines (R.A. 6938)
What are the Organizational Structure of a Cooperative?
A Cooperative is generally composed of the following: General Assembly, Board of
Directors, Audit Committee, Credit Committee, Election Committee, Education and
Training Committee, and other committees essential to the operation of the
cooperative that may be created.

We provided you with basic skills, knowledge and attitudes necessary for
entrepreneurship and I can say that now, you are well-armed. If you are to do
battle in the business world, you are already in full gear but to ensure your

The Globalpinoy Management Team coordinated with different business entities to create a network to
provide business ventures of returning OFWs and their families with least effort
and correct avenues.
One such network is the GlobalPinoy One-Stop Business Registration Facility which
it conceptualized with the GlobalPinoy.
This venture aims to provide assistance to members who are setting up their

Securities and Exchange Commission, Bureau of Internal Revenue, Cooperative
Development Authority, Local Government, Bureau of Food and Drugs, etc. as may
be necessary. Their experience during their start up period coupled with the

Ang 'Balik Pinas Globalpinoy Program' ay isang programang bukas para sa
lahat
ng OFW na nais magnegosyo.
Ito ay naglalayon na maturuan ang sinumang nais magtagumpay sa negosyo
kung
paano magsimula at magpalawig ng negosyo sa pamamagitan ng
wastong pag-uugali,
hustong kaalaman at tamang pamamaraan o
pamamalakad ng negosyo.
Bukod sa iyo, mayroon din kaming Counterpart Training Program na kung saan
ang
mga kamag-anak na gusto mong mamahala ng iyong negosyo sa Pilipinas

Bilang Globalpinoy, mayroon mga group activities na gagawin ninyo ng iyong

Ang mga aktibidades na ito ay napapaloob sa inyong mga modules at sa mga
study
supplements na ipinamamahagi sa seminar.
7. Para saan ang mga group activities na ito?
Ang group activities ay inihanda upang magkaroon kayo ng aktwal na
karanasan
sa larangan ng pagnenegosyo.
Ito ay magbibigay rin sayo ng sapat na panahon upang lubos na makilala ang
iyong mga ka-miyembro na maaari mong maging kapartner sa negosyo.
8. Ano ang module? May bayad ba ito?
Ang module ang 'aklat ng karunungan' ng mga Globalpinoy. Dito nakapaloob
ang
mga konseptong tatalakayin mo sa seminar.
Sapagkat ang Globalpinoy ay isang pag-aaral tungkol sa pagnenegosyo,
kinakailangan mong magkaroon ng aklat. Ang module ang magsisilging aklat
mo at
tulad ng iba pang aklat, ito ay may bayad.
Mura lamang ang module kung ikukumpara mo sa mga pocketbooks na iyong
binibili.
Ang module ay nagbibigay ng karunungan, ang pocketbooks ay

9. Bakit kailangan kong magnegosyo?

Worldwide Organization
The Globalpinoy Chamber of Small and Medium Enterprises shall be organized everywhere in the
world where the are Filipinos. Pinoy VIP cards are currently established
in the Philippines and Hongkong, and soon
in strategic areas in the United States, Canada, Australia, Japan, the Middle
East, and Saipan.
Anywhere the chapter is organized, the officers and members shall establish an
office for the Globalpinoy Members Network.
