Sergi BRUGEURA

Bruguera is the best Spaniard playing on the current tour. At his best he is better than the often publicised Moya, Berasatagui, Mantilla, Corretya and Costa. He has made three slam finals at the French as he can rally with the best.

Sergi Bruguera boycotts Wimbledon because his game is very rigid. He can volley well, however his backswings are too long. The grass surface is not kind to players with big backswings.

Sergi Bruguera plays a very patient baseline game. His grips on the racquet are extreme as he creates lots of topspin. Sometimes does not penetrate the ball with enough speed, however he has won 2 French Opens with his style.
