Explanation

Version-Up and Down

1. This is the tool that converts all the Continuous Symbols to fit to the versions of Visio.
2. Drop the shape named "2000 << >> 2003" on the drawing page.
3. Locate mouse-icon on the dropped shape, and push right hand button, then a pop-up menu appears.
   

   

4. If you click the menu, "Version-up .....", then all the Continuous Symbols on all page of the drawing are converted to fit to Visio2003.
5. If you click the menu, "Version-down .....", then all the Continuous Symbols on all page of the drawing are converted to fit to Visio2000 or 2002.

What Is Done?

Because MID function can be used now in the cells of the shape-sheets, in the Visio2003, the processing procedure became brief.
But, in the case of Visio2000 and 2002, it is not available in the cells. So, we are forced to use MID function in the VBA program. Therefore, a certain cell of every Continuous Symbol has to be rewrote by this tool to fit to the versions of Visio.
