The police are still taking evidence in relation to the organ retention issues and have now requested that all evidence, and so forth, held at Goodmans Solicitors be released to them. This will only be done with permission from the individual families concerned.

Parents will, of course, be contacted by Goodmans to ask for permission to release material to the police.

We are informed that the CPS has been reviewing cases referred to them for consideration and that they have been liaising with the police. Any one wishing to submit evidence to the police should do so as soon as possible.

 

 

PITY II (Parents who have Interred Their Young Twice) is the parents' support group set up in the wake of the organ retention scandal
