Judicial Review

We have no further news on the Judicial Review of the GMC's decision to clear the majority of the doctors that were named in the Redfern Report and their decision making process. The application was made by an individual parent and was fully reported in October's newsletter. We will continue to try to get answers for you and keep you updated as to future progress.
