PITY II/Consumers in NHS Research Seminar

A seminar will be held in Liverpool on the 24th September 2003 and is being held in partnership between PITY II and Consumers in NHS Research. It will be principally for parent groups affected by organ retention and invitations have been sent out to other groups across the Country.

There will also be some professionals attending who are involved in Research and Development across the NHS. The purpose will be to bring participants up to date on what has been achieved in improving Research and Development, the role parents have played in this since the Redfern report, and to explore the potential role of parents and public in the further improvement and regulation of research in the future.

Information of this seminar has previously been sent to members of PITY II and we would again extend an invitation to any members who would like to attend.

The seminar will only take place providing we have sufficient numbers to attend. It would be very helpful to the organising of this seminar if you would let us know if you would definitely like to attend.

If you would definitely like to attend this seminar, please email PITY II with your name(s), address and telephone number. email PITY II or write to PITY II at the address above.
