Myrtle Street

All of the children's organs that were being stored in the pathology department at Myrtle Street have now been moved to Alder Hey.

It had previously been suggested at a group meeting that the building should be demolished. Liverpool City Council has passed a motion supporting this. As they own the building their legal department are considering how it can be achieved. The building is currently leased to the University so it will take time for all the necessary legal work to be done.
