The 1996 Olympics were exciting because they were held primarily in Atlanta GA. It was really cool to have something so big so close. Plus the fast pitch softball was actually held here in Columbus so we got to experience Olympic fever ourselves. Blue Cross Blue Shield was even one of the sponsors so everyone received free tickets to something. We got tickets to a baseball game not anything too great but just being there was well worth it, at least I can say I have been to the Olympics anyway.
