This is Sailor Mars, if you couldn't tell. She is also known as Rei [Raye] in both the dub and the original Japanese version. As we all know, Mars is the Red Planet and as such Sailor Mars's colour is red. She has a very short temper which could go up at any minute, this is very understandable seeing as Mars is the Roman god of War. I'm not sure where the concept of fire came from, I guess the logistics behind that were because of next to war, fire is probably one of the most destructive forces on earth.
