I went to Canal Park today with Alayne. We rollerbladed around for a while, got some snacks and went looking around in some of the shops in the Dewitz Building. It was great fun and we might come back again on Thursday.
There was City Band practice again tonight. I'm afraid these practices have been a disaster for me so far but tonight wasn't so bad. The past two nights I had to deal with people taking my music, complaining about me playing first chair and another person playing over my solos. The sad thing is that most of these people giving me problems are so-called adults. Fortunatly I think this is all over now and people will begin to act their age. Or atleast I hope they will.
I finally finished my book last night. (Incase you were wondering what this wonderful bit of literature is, it's called the Perfect Mile by Neal Bascomb. It's about the first guy to run the mile under 4 minutes. I highly recomend it, being a trackster myself.) So I guess that's all for tonight. Now I'm off to go watch my red-headed hero Conan O'Brien. Sleep tight.

I went to my grandparents house yesterday. It was a very refreshing break from my regular daily life which consists of.. not much.
I also managed to hurt myself while I was there. Yeah, I know.. Not a big suprise. So, what did I do this time? Well I'm not going to tell how it happened, but let's just say I now have a whittish-bubbly-blister on my right index fingure where my skin was in the early stage of melting. Yup. Real smart.
On a happier note, my dad and I are still looking into a web domain for me. If anyone has information about a good web host, here's my email. We are currently looking into Bloghosts.com and any info on them would also be greatly appreciated.

Today is the longest day of the year and it's rainy. Kind of figures right?
My dad said that he might get me a real web domain instead of this geocities mumbo-jumbo. Yes, I know, geocities has treated me well and I should be thankful. Right? Well I am. I just seem to have "outgrown" it. I despritly need more space and advertisements are driving me up the wall! Anyway, what I am trying to say is, keep your eye open for a link from here to my new page.. Whenever that may arrive.
I am in the rare mood to clean. Namely my room which I will soon be completely re-decorating. I shall post pics of it when its completely done.

Yeah its 64 degrees today! Ok I know that deosn't sound very impressive to most people but around Northern Minnesota that's pretty fine weather. Now I just need someone to go rollerblade with..
So I am deffinitly itching to see The Terminal. It looks like a really interesting and original film. Plus I'm a big fan of Tom Hanks.
With that said, if anybody wants me I'll be rolling around town enjoying the warmth.

I'm currently bringing back this website so go check it out! I am updating today.
City Band practice starts tonight. I'm officially psyched. I hope we play something nifty this Thursday and not boring. I do have word from a reputable source though that we are playing Second Suite from Wind Ensemble, the Tritschtratsch Polka, a Beatles Medley and Rolling Thunder.. Definitly all my favorites.

I finally got to play soccer again today. I was a little concerned because of my shins and the fact that I havn't played for about a year, but after I warmed up and stretched I was fine. I almost got a goal too. Go figure.
A funny thing happened today. Back in the 9th grade we were offered pen pals in French class and like most of the students, I signed up for one. A few weeks later everyone got little papers with information about their new friends and where they are from but I never got one. We re-sent my application and I finally got my papers but only one of the two girls sent me a letter. I was so busy at the time though [with track and school and violin] that I never sent one back. [I still feel bad about that..] Anyway, I just recieved a letter today from a different girl from Italy, over a year after my application was sent in. It seems to me that they have things rather messed up but it was a pleasent surprise and I plan on writing her back the second I get some cool stationary.

I have begun the long and difficult process of cleaning all the clutter of our computer desk and surrounding area. Feel my pain. There is alot to be felt. I'm guessing this should take two to three days, but it's been a long time in coming and well worth it.
Check this out. It's definitly a business card for my dad's old band. I found it while cleaning. Funny thing, I was just wondering about it earlier today. Who knows what I'm yet to find down here..

This among many things gives me great pleasure.
1. Who are you?
2. Have we ever met?
3. Give me a nickname and explain why you picked it.
4. Describe me in one word.
5. What reminds you of me?
6. If you could give me anything, what would it be?
7. Ever wanted to tell me something but couldn't?
8. Are you going to put this on your weblog and see what i say about you?
9. What do you love, like a fat kid loves cake?
10. What makes you come back here?
Heres my email. Amuse me.

Summer break is so refreshing. Even though its been rather crummy outside, and its hardly been over 50 degrees. But who could complain? All the more reason to work on a brand new summer layout and pretend that its 70 outside. Well, ok 80.
So with summer being here and everything I think it is apropiate to write out my plans for this summer.
Now if you would excuse me, I'm gonna go groove to Charlie Parker. Good day.
