How to order?






How do i place an order?


All you have to do is to write down the item number of the items you wish to buy. Once you made your selection, click on the   "click here to order"   button at the bottom of the page. You will find the order button on almost every page of our website. Fill out the order form and be sure to write down your e.mail address. Without your e.mail address, we wouldn't be able to process your form and send you an invoice.

The invoice will tell you the exact shipping rate, when you will receive your item, where to send your money order or personal check and other important informations concerning your order. For credit card payment, we will send you a Billpoint invoice where you will be able to make a secure payment.

As our store grows, we will soon be able to bring you access to a easier shopping experience such as shopping carts and automatic process of your order, Insha Allah. For now, be sure to have correctly filled the form and written down the exact items numbers you wish to buy and their quantities. The invoice, that will be e.mailed to you, will list all the items that you selected.

How can i make a secure payment?


When you submit your form, your order is e.mailed directly to our e.mail address. The information contained in your form is viewed by only one person. The privacy of our customers is very important to us. We DO NOT give out your personal information to other companies. If you feel uneasy filling out the form, you can always call us or fax us your order. You will find our fax and phone number on the order form or by clicking on the  "contact us"  button.

If you want to pay by credit card, we offer a secure payment through Billpoint. It is the best way to send and receive payments online. Billpoint simplifies and facilitates person-to-person and person-to-small business payments over the Internet.

The benefits to make a payment through Billpoint are:

The invoice that we will send you specifies the total amount to pay, the item being paid for, payment methods accepted, and other information related to the payment.

Who can use Billpoint?


For credit card payments, any buyer who has a credit card billing address and a shipping address in one of Billpoint's supported countries may use Billpoint to pay for an item.

Do i have to register to be able to pay by Billpoint?


No. You don't have to register with Billpoint to be able to make a payment. All you have to do is enter your payment and shipping information, and your payment will be sent to us. If you do choose to register with Billpoint, you can avoid the trouble of having to re-enter your payment and shipping information for every purchase you might make in the future with us.

How do I know that Billpoint is secure? Will my information be kept private?


All of your private information is sent to Billpoint using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), the Internet encryption standard for secure commerce transactions. Internally, Billpoint adheres to the high standards of security necessary to safeguard your information and protect your payments.

In addition, Billpoint protects your privacy and does not sell or share any of your personal information.  We will only disclose your account or transaction information to third parties when the following circumstances apply:

What method of payment do you accept?


We accept:

  • Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard and Discover only)
  • Canadian Postal Money Order (you can purchase them to your nearest Canada Post office)
  • Domestic US Money Order (for US residents only)
  • International Money Order (for international buyers)
  • Personal checks*

* Personal checks must be cleared before we send the items.

All prices are listed in US dollars.

Can i pay in Canadian dollars?


Yes. As a Canadian resident, you can pay in canadian dollars. This applies ONLY to a payment with a canadian postal money order or with a personal check coming from a canadian bank. To pay in canadian dollars, fill out the order form and in the  "comments" box, indicate that you want to pay in canadian currency. We will then send you an invoice indicating the total of your order in canadian dollars.This is converted from US to Canadian dollars by using the daily exchange rate as determined on the date of the order.

As for Billpoint, they accept only US currency. If you pay with your credit card, you will see on your statement the conversion from US into canadian dollars.

We noticed that the most popular currency used in the world wide web was the US dollars. Even Billpoint only accepts payments in US dollars. So ,even if we are a canadian-based e.shop, we thought that it will be best for our US and international buyers to display the prices is US dollars. We thank you for your understanding.

What method of shipment do you use?


We know time is precious. So we are giving you three choices that offer you the best and the fastest shipment method in this country:
  • Canada Post air mail
  • XpressPostMC by Post Canada (courier) (Canada & US only)
  • Purolator® (courier) (International only)

How much is shipping?


Rates are based on the destination and weight of your package. The exact shipping and handling price will be determine in your invoice.

To give you an idea of how much shipping will cost, we have posted the weight of every item we offer on our website. Just calculate the total and compare it with the chart below. Remember,You have to add 70g (for the shipping envelope) to the total of your items weight. Also, add 0.50$ for handling. XpresspostMC and Purolator® shipping prices are available upon request.

All sales are final.
