Many people have a serious problem discerning which religion(s) or religious sectarian denomination(s) to Not Establish and which to Not Prohibit The Free Exercise Of - in view of the First Amendment of the Constitution.

For the sake of clarity, let's suppose a hypothetical situation where the Church of Satan in affiliation with the Wiccan religion (and - let's say - defended by Barry Lynn's ACLU) has as part of their religious dogma (or irreligious dogma, depending upon your perspective) to capriciously sometimes drive on the left and sometimes on the right side of a two-way highway, especially at night during a rainstorm.......
whereas the Christian Church in affiliation with Law-Obeying Protestants, Biblical Catholics, and Torah-Diligent Jews (and - let's say - defended by Jay Sekulow's ACLJ) has as part of their religious dogma to always and consistently drive on the right side of a two-way highway, especially at night during a rainstorm.

Keep in mind, in the hypothetical example above, that religionists (or irreligionists, if you want) of the Wiccan Church of Satan are obviously harmful against and a danger to civilized roadway society and normal, responsible, dependable, non-frightening, safe traffic control, and.....if gotten parochial-school vouchers for their detrimental-dogma miseducational tuition.....would teach their kids to also (and even more so?) be a [worse] menace to highway safety!

Having said that, it is POSSIBLE for civil government authorities to apportion certain and specific times and places for those of the satanic Wiccan Church (who capriciously and frequently drive on the wrong side of the highways) to misdrive in ways congruent with their crazy superstitious dogma, to protect those who always drive in the right lanes of roads so that disasterous traffic accidents and injuries do not happen. For example, the demonic Wiccans might be allowed by the State to ONLY drive from midnite to 6 a.m. and then on non-interstate highways.....on Fridays only.

However the government would apportion it, (or better yet, attempt to apportion it) there would be much argumentative debate, conflicting perspectives, great complications, and extraordinary confusion. Certainly, divisive discrimination would the overwhelmingly depressive and suppressing state of the nation. Such would be the utter absurdity of "fairness and equality for all" partitioned for godless minorities while repressing the Christian-oriented rational majority.

We thankfully live in a UNITED States of America, and thus in cooperative, accomodating, and more-or-less considerate unity with each other as we all congenially agree on doing the same thing(s) with all politely being "on the same page" together.

May civil legislators, judges (from small-claims to district to federal to U.S. Supreme Court judges) and their law-enforcement officers thus decide who exercise legimate religious expression and thus should get vouchers from property taxes for their parochial-schools tuition (exempting themselves from utilization of public schools and forced school-bonding/referendum apportionments they do not use anyway)....and which exercise illegitimate religious (or irreligious) expression, and consequently not get "parochial"-school vouchers from property taxes, requiring their children's non-truant attendance in public schools [with all the pagan-religious indoctrination, anti-creationist evolution mythology, feminist-sexist and homogay tolerance and promotional propaganda, indecent summertime and gymnastic attire, bullyboy violence, vulgar profanity, drunkenness and indolence with narcotics, mischief-makers vandalizing with graffiti].....rife and reeking because of ignore-and-disregard-The-Bible public-school brainwashing, typically miscalled "education," which heresy-imposition against the young imprisoned within such despicable anti-social concentration camps is supposed to solve all of humanity's problems.

In conclusion, you might have already come to the correct conclusion that the ONLY standard for civil-government school-board, city council, commissioner, congressional, judicial-court, marshal, sheriff, and police officials to rightly, legitimately, and fairly discriminate with reputable scholastic and admirable discretion is to apply the complete and total contents of the best of the KJV, RSV, ESV, KJ21, and other significantly-vital versions of The HOLY BIBLE the best they can as much as they can.
