He purchased 34 acres of land on west branches of Little Wreck Island Creek on 13 March 1798 in Campbell County, Virginia. He contracted a deed of trust with Samuel ROSE on 17 November 1802 in Campbell County, Virginia. He sold 34 acres on 9 November 1803 in Campbell County, Virginia.
