Basic idea: Willow travels to Smallville to get a book from Lionel Luthor. One thing leads to another and Willow finds herself enchanted by Lex.

Other ideas to include:

  1. When Willow and Lex first meet, it's hate a first sight
  2. Hook Chloe up with Clark. If not, hook her up with Xander or Spike.
  3. Willow finds out Clark's secret.
  4. Lionel threatening Willow's life.

Could include:

Set before Willow went all evil
One of the AI gang joining Willow in Smallville
The line, "You've never had Pez? You had a pretty crap childhood, didn't you Lex?"
