1) If we assume there are similarities between the national Wizard government branches, then there should be some sort of magical law enforcement in America (like Aurors in the Harry Potter Books). Why haven't we seen any of them over the Hellmouth or in LA? There have been plenty of misused spells... 2) How did Amy Madison suddenly start knowing how to control her magic (after season 1, before Gingerbread of Season 3)? 3) Is the Council of Watchers connected to the Ministry of magic, since they're both semi-secretive old organizations based in London, England? 4) What did happen to Ethan after he was hauled away in the aftermath of turning Giles into a demon? 5) Xander with a catalog from the Weasley twin's joke shop.
