I would like to express my gratitude to Jerry Garcia and the Grateful Dead for the countless moments of joy you have given me over the years.  From New York to California, on grassy fields at state fairs and inside concert halls... the smile on my face was always the biggest!  For those of you who have never seen Jerry when he would "hit" that special note and the band would be roaring right behind him, you'll never know what you missed.  Thank You Jerry...
