This is a utility that will show you your Local Machine Time, Coordinated Universal Time (UTC) and a time from a Time Zone that you choose from a combobox. Version 2 I found a small bug in the way I was treating the special format of the daylight and standard dates, this format is somehow strange and is not very well documented, so I had and maybe still have some problems with it, so if you find that this is nor working properly please let me known... Also I want to make a warning:  I've found out that older OS will not have an updated Registry in relation to the latest changing from one DLT to STD, well I'm trying to track down possible places to get this changes from MS, I will post them ASAP. Even so I decide to post the updated version of the code...
