Euthanasia
Euthanasia:
the
practice of humanely ending the life of a beloved pet. Death intentionally
caused, most often by injection of drugs that cause cessation of
heart action. It is used to "put to sleep" pets which
have an incurable disease and to spare them from needless suffering.
