Operating system upgrades are provided by the manufacturer of your Windows CE device. Microsoft provides the software to the manufacturer who then decides whether to create upgrade ROMS. To determine whether there is an upgrade available for your device it is best to monitor the manufacturer's web site, or call their customer service.
