How do I synchronize Microsoft Access MDB files with my handheld pc professional?

You cannot synchronize Access MDB files or CDB files by placing them in the Synchronized Files folder. The files will not be converted or synchronized. To setup a synchronization partnership between MDB and CDB files, you must place the file in a folder other than the Synchronized Files folder.
