Some of us who read README files may have found a reference to Service Pack 1 of the handheld PC professional edition of Windows CE. This service pack has been released by Microsoft to the hardware OEMS. So far only Sharp has released it for download. CEWindows.net has a faq on the service pack that provides some information on what it fixes.
