Flying Rain
I was the one wishing days and nights, For our love to live on forever, I was the one hoping day by day, You would never change, I was the only one dreaming of tomorrow, While you were the one, Wishing for tomorrow without me, I was the one standing on the road all alone, Watching the flying rain, Falling down and dripping away, Farther and farther away, Never to be seen again. Forever holding on to a broken love, You are forever leaving me, I wonder about tomorrow, I wonder about our love, What is there to hold on, But the broken memories of yesterday love, A delusional love that is like the flying rain, Falling here and there, I can catch your love in my hands, But like the wet rain, Your love will soon dry out, And I will be left all alone, Waiting for another rain to come. I was crazy to think that, You would stay with me forever, I was crazy to think that you will love me forever, But I could never have been crazier, To put everything I had into you, I was crazy to tell you I loved you in the first place, Now there is no one to blame but me alone, There is no one here to blame, Just like there is no one here with me at all. |
