Quietness
Twelve long seasons together, It seemed forever to me, But to you it meant nothing. Twelve long seasons filled with happiness, Full of dreams and hopes, Those wonderful wishes under the moonlight, But they faded away like the moonlight They faded away like the stars. I sat all alone in the quietness of my room, Waiting for your footsteps, Hoping that you would come back to yesterday memories, But all I heard was the silent of my loneliness, All I saw was my lonely shadow, Fading with time on the cold walls, A lonely shadow fading with the deadlight. I loved you with all my tears, I loved you with all my life, I had nothing left when you left me, I loved you in those heartbreaking moments, Through those drunken moments, I loved you through the wine and music, But they were not enough for you, Nothing was enough, Nothing that I was giving you made you stay, Nothing at all. |
