Silver And Gold


Silver and gold I have none, but what I have I give to you.
So take my hand and come with me, we'll follow Jesus across the sea.
We'll follow Jesus across the land, and every step he'll guide our hand.
Do you understand?
As the Holy Spirit fills us up, we'll be on our way,
Doing our Father's business on His most perfect day.
Listen to what I say.
I'll go this way and you'll go that way, but it's all right you see.
For we shall meet again, my friend, through the Christ from Galilee.
You wait and see.
So heed the spirit and we will go, and we'll walk the walk that Jesus walked.
We'll take His word and speak it out, and talk the talk that Jesus talked.
As persecution comes our way we'll praise Him that much more,
Because the hope of glory in our hearts will start to soar.
The lion's springing out of Judah, and he's just begun to roar.
Can't you see? What's waiting for you and me?
