in unity as one

of sorrow and distress
With much more joy to share together

A lifetime of tomorrows to share

You shared the joy at the birth
of your newborn baby son
And as you watch your daughters grow
your family has begun.

So as your lives are joined as one

"Last year on 11th March, 2000, my brother married the woman of his dreams. It was a day to remember for us all. A beautiful wedding, full of love, romance and beauty, Michelle was a beautiful bride and Matt a handsome groom. After a previous marriage of heartbreak where his dreams were not fulfilled, his life with his new wife is full of love and romance as the day they were married. She is a wonderful woman who loves my brother very much and has given him a beautiful daughter and recently last month (11th Feb. 2001) a son. I see my brother's dreams fulfilled with Michelle ~ and I wish them every happiness now and forever.
This poem is written in dedication to them as they celebrate their first wedding anniversary."
