"I was an incredible
romantic growing up ~ especially as a teenager. I always dreamed of being
swept off my feet by my Prince Charming, to live happily ever after. Though
as the years went by, I grew to realise that reality was no fairytale.
Through most of my late High School years I spent many an hour writing
love poems to boys I had crushes on. They would never get them, but I learned
that I could express my emotions in this way. And so begun my journey into
the world of poetry...."
