For Thou Love, Estranged
By Marilynomy (Naomi1873)
I am dancing in the night,
no spills of brightness, candle light,
no babies breath, pink roses blight,
I have no wings, only time.
Why am I here,
'tis force I fear,
that casts it's shading, shadow near,
my eyes, the soft heart's mime.
And in the darkness, my dismay, the shallow end of hollow day,
and only here, fear you away,
my words, my lips do steal.
I cannot understand this need,
of burning brillance,,hence the greed,
'oh how skin aches to swallow seed,
and in it's deepness spills.
The sweetness of thine lips I taste,
and fingertips thy salty lace,
I kiss the arms of night's embrace,
and lie against it's sin.
My tears they flow like amber rain,
upon the lips of wanting ,stain,
and in your darkness , wrought with pain,
may loneliness find end.
Inside your sunless room I wake,
and in it's solitude, I shake,
my foolish thoughts of glass do break,
for you were never here.
Only in the beams of night,
where dreaming was my souls delight,
no babies breathe, pink roses blight,
should sin be all I fear.
