~Garden of the Oberon~
By Gabriella0000
Beautiful rosebuds cascading on
The Garden of the Oberon.
Nymphs ringing the bells
Sweetly the tone swells.
In the air the winged child
Caer is an angel so mild.
Zephyr's fiery torch meld
Shooting a marigold arrow
To the air. Butterflies flit
Past the jasmine as they sit.
Peonies fragrantly atomizing
The garden pathway trailing.
Lovely Queen Flora of the flowers slept.
At night she closed her petals and dreamt.
Opening them at the first glimpse
Of the morning's fragrant scent.
Pomona the wee one of nectar,
Pouring perfumes on the petal texture.
Violets and blooming jasmine, born at night,
Steal forth into the early morning light.
Reposing near the hilly meadow;
And there the bold
Stream array of gold,
Melts morning dew of shadow.
