This is my own personal formula for a cup of instant migraine...the wake up juice goes this way and please don't slam this or you will have a migraine until your body comes out of shock...go to the store and grab yourself a couple of water joes and pour them into the reseviour on your coffee maker and put about 6 scoops of coffee grounds in the filter and turn it on. Caution! this stuff is active enough to exit the cup by itself if it's left alone for a while so be ready to chase it! hehe
If you're into the milligrams then the water joe has about 70 milligrams of caffeine for each one and I would say each scoop of coffee...and this is a loose estimate, don't quote me...has about 60 milligrams...65 if you have a stronger bean so you're getting well over 300 milligrams per cup!!!

This is a simple one and for flavoring only. Add a scoop of cinnamon to your coffee grounds before you start brewing, it adds an almost subliminal flavor that is very good. Vanilla in the water in another way to do things also...I don't think the cinnamon is a good idea mixed with vanilla unless you're the adventureous type :)
