Pokémon Characters
Here are the main characters in Pokémon. Submitted by Tiger5913@aol.com. Thanx. ^_^.
Ash Ketchum~ A ten-year old kid
who wants to be a master trainer of Pokemon. He left his hometown of Pallet
to join the Pokemon league, but he got creamed by a new friend, Richie, who
disturbingly really looks like Ash. Ash travels the Pokemon world with his
"friend", Misty. Ash's Pokemon are Pikachu, Charizard, Squirtle, Bulbasaur,
and Kinglar.
Misty~ From looking at her,
you probably wouldn't know that she's a gym leader; but she is. Eleven-year
old Misty is one of the Sensational Sisters of Cerulean City, and she wants
to be the best water Pokemon trainer. She follows Ash around, claiming that
she only does that because she wants her bike back (Ash trashed it in the
first episode), but everyone can tell that she and Ash like like each other.
Her and Ash's rivals, Team Rocket even called them, "Romeo and Juliet." ^_~
Misty's Pokemon are Staryu, Starmie, Psyduck, and Horsea.
Team Rocket
Jesse~ I guess you could call this fourteen-year old girl the leader of the Team Rocket crew out of her, James, and Meowth. Jesse has freaky red hair and is extremely conceited. But she alwayz walks all over her partner, James. Jesse's Pokemon are Arbok and Lickitung.
James~ James is the same age as Jesse, but he's kinda immature... He was born a rich kid, but he ditched his heritage for Team Rocket, cuz he didn't want to marry this prissy girl, Jessebell. Jame's Pokemon are Weezing, Victreebell, and Growlithe.
Gary~ Gary is Ash's main rival.
Like Ash, he comes from Pallet, and wants to become the world's greatest
Pokemon trainer. He's thirteen, but has a lot of admirers. He constantly
snubs Ash and Misty, mocking Ash being a little behind him. Gary's Pokemon
(seen so far), are Arcanine and Nidoking.
Note: Even though he's not a main character anymore, I'm still adding him in.
Brock~ Brock is a sixteen-year
old Pokemon breeder, and a fabulous cook. He used to take care of his ten
brothers and sisters, but his father showed up and took Brock's place. Brock
left Ash and Misty to stay with a friend of Professor Oak's on a distant
island. Brock's Pokemon are Onix, Geodude, Zubat, and Vulpix.
