Juggling
Juggling is for all soccer players and especially good for players just starting.It is good because it gives you a good feel for the ball.There are 4 ways to juggle.
  • with your head
  • with your feet
  • with your thies
  • with all 3
  • head
  • This will give you good head-balling skills and is probally the hardest to do.

    Throw the ball above you about a foot and a half then arch your head back and hit the ball straight up.

  • feet
  • This is the easiest to do.

    Throw the ball waist level above your feet.Then hit the ball like you would shoot continually.

  • thies
  • This is mostly for control

    Throw the ball up then hit the ball half way between your waist and knee cap
