Current Assignment: USS Endeavor- Transferred as a junior officer in security to the Endeavor, Tait was promoted to Cheif of Security by Captain Gregory Winchestor on stardate 043106.

Background

Andrew was raised on earth. Son of a Star-fleet admiral, Tait was destined to become a star-fleet officer from the moment he was born. High school football captain and athletics team member Tait always enjoyed sports greatly but at the same time did excellently in the academic side of school. Doing excellently in his exams he entered Star-fleet academy to become a Security officer the best mix i his mind between academics and sport.

Andrew majored in Secutiy and Tactical weapons at the ac ademy enabling him to act as both a Security officer but also making him more than capable of controlling ship weapons. He received many awards for his grades and graduated first in his class. After the academy he was given his choice of postitions and chose to serve as a Jo on a Galaxy class starship rather than COS on a smaller ship because he felt the larger ships were where the action was. After serving well on his first assignment he was promoted to Lt (j.g) and was transferred to the USS Endeavor under the command of Captain Gregory Winchester. After a short time on the Endeavor Tait was promoted to Full Lieutenant for excellent service and eventually took over as Cheif of Security when the former COS, Lieutenant West, departed the Endeavor.

Andrew has some experience with engineering and so has basic knowledge to repair some basic systems. Well versed in programming Tait can easily create training programmes. Andrew is quite secretive with his feelings sometimes too secretive and so doesn´t easily let people in. He is filled with confidense though never doubting his skills both in his position in star-fleet and with the ladies. Tait is a friendly officer who doesn´t easily dislike people unless with good reason and gains people´s trust quickly.
