This is a list of what I've added lately...

1998

March 11 - Finally got my WebPage up!! Lots of bugs, though.

March 18 - Worked out the bugs and added the About Me page. GeoCities has given me more space!! (Thanks!!)

March 22 - Added new medical jokes to humor page.

March 25 - Finally uploaded picture of two polar bears fighting and picture of Alaskan brown bears. Attempting to upload the Coke polar bear movie without much success. Updated link to Greg's 4wd page. Added link to Lisa Lindh's home page..

March 27 - Added true church bulletin bloopers to humor page.

March 28 - New report on Grizzly bears (not quite finished).

March 31 - Added two new pictures of polar bears.

April 01 - Bear picture gallery now has thumbnails! Added a bunch more pics, new graphics, a joke, and some links on the Bears page.

April 02 - Wow! My first award!! I've created an awards page now... hopefully I'll get some more awards soon!! Also added a couple of grizz pics and updated links.

April 03 - In order to make this site KidSafe, I have removed some parts of the humor page and the hidden link. I will create a brand-new humor page and will post a message here when it is ready.
Fixed a bunch of typos etc. in the polar bear and grizzly reports. Thanks, Greg! By the way, the sources are given in an educationally-acceptable format (eg. with only the first letter of the title capitalized, etc.). Also re-did bear links with pics.

April 04 - Cool...another award!! Thanks to Aynsley! Over on the BEARS page, added tons more cool bear pics. Also, I've started a new CyberPets page -- check it out! (5:00am)

Sorry, Felecia... I didn't check all of my mail! Thanks for the super award (the bear is really cute!)

Just wanted to say "Thanks" to everyone who has visited my PolarPage and signed the guestbook!

Even more changes (although somewhat later in the day...2:00pm): added Felecia's super award into my awards page and redesigned layout. Redesigned bears gallery. Added brain twisters page, and added MIDI to index page (Barbie Girl, by Aqua... I think I've been bombarded too much... kinda like it now! If you don't like it, press the "stop" button on the MIDI player at the top of the main page). Stay tuned for some great links to endangered species pages!

Gee... it's been a really hectic day. In between everything, I've been frantically trying to fix links and other stuff. Finally got the scrolling message happening in the index page.

April 05 - Minor tweaking of links and images. Added new backgrounds to a few pages. Added new brain twisters!!

April 06 - Lots of important changes happening right now. I'm running out of space, so the jokes and brain twisters are going to be moving to a new site. Don't worry, though, there will be a link. Tons of new bear pictures that I scanned are waiting for me to edit and save as jpgs. Also, I finally have a picture of the Hello Jello Club. Come back in a few days! Did you read the Far Side cartoon on the bears page?

April 08 - Pics of me, some friends, and the Hello Jello Club are now up! Also changed the bear photo gallery -- deleted some images, shrank some images slightly, and uploaded a bunch of new images. I still have tons more, but I'm at the 6MB limit for my homepage now!! Didn't think I'd ever fill it up, but... Also fixed minor typos, links that didn't work, etc. Should be pretty much perfect now!!

Later in the day... just finished getting the new Animal Legends and Stories page up! More stories coming.

April 10 - Adding more legends to the Animal Legends page. My new polar bear finally moved into the cyberpets page. It took a while for me to build his habitat.

April 11 - Almost lost my guestbook... when I reconfigured the buttons, the "Sign Guestbook" went down. Had to reconfigure... luckily, I had the option of keeping the guestbook entries that I already had! Added new buttons and a few new links, too!

April 15 - I've been surfing for a couple of days so not much changed... however, I've now got the new Adopt a Polar Bear page up! Sign up now!! Also, I've added a new joke to the bears page!

April 16 - Well... I've been busy at it again. Four polar bears have already been adopted! I've added a new page -- Ashley's Page. Please take a look... it's about a girl's fight against cancer.

April 17 - Two more polar bears were adopted today... they went to Sweden to be pals with two gymnast girls and 8 rats! I've uploaded new pics in the bears gallery... some of the old links will not work now (because I had to remove pictures to make room).

I have also begun to put ALT statements so that words show up behind the buttons and stuff! And... there's TWO different polar bears to adopt!! Check them out...aren't they adorable? Thanks, everyone, for the great email... keep it coming!!

April 18 - Three polar bears have been adopted today! The PolarPage has also received an award from Chantessy... her site was Site of the Year, so make sure you visit it!! And... I'm down to 26k of space now... I think it's time the Grizz had their own page, don't you agree? They are gathering their things and will be moving to their brand-new GrizzlyPage sometime in the next two weeks!!

April 20 - I have to share this news... I received email from one of the Hello Jello Club members who moved away without passing along her address... don't ask me how she found out about the page, but it's nice to finally hear from her!!

On another note... I'd also like to beef a bit... this is to the anonymous person who put negative comments in my guestbook. You know who you are... but if you're too chicken to put your own URL in the book so we can visit it, why bother to criticize mine? You're just as bad as whoever it was that keyed my car the other day. Most likely jealous. Anyway, I removed your comment. Okay, I've finished beefing now.

On a happier note, another polar bear was adopted!! It's just been a continuous string of adoption parties for the bears here at the polar page!!

April 25 - Well, I've been kind of neglecting things... very busy with work and stuff. But, I did finally put in the link to the virtual polar bear hug on the bears page, and added a new Sign of the Times contributed by Poncequick! Hopefully next week I'll have the Grizz page up and working.

May 03 - No... the Grizz page is still not up yet. But Sebastian got a modelling job and you can see his latest GAP ad on the bears page!

May 08 - Getting really swamped with work... the only new thing is that the PolarPage won another award... this time from SheWolf! Also, we have decided that eventually the bears gallery will move to the new page (lots of space!!) and the polar page will remain as it is. That way, we can have more or less a seamless site.

July 12 - Wow... has it been that long since anything has really changed? Hm... anyway, there's a bunch of new stuff in the humor page and a couple of new signs. Also some great new pictures in the bear's gallery. Still haven't gotten around to getting the new grizzly page up and running properly but changes should be happening soon.

July 15 - Tons of new stuff on the Humor page and the Signs page!! Also a new award from Ashley... thanks!!

December 7 - Well, the bears pleaded and whined a lot and now they are happy because I have finally added something new to the PolarPage! I still have tons of pics that I haven't had time to post yet, but you can look at the new Signs that I added today.

December 12 - The bears have been working hard at their math and wanted to share some of their tricks so we created a new PolarMath page!

January 21 - We corrected a couple of mistakes and added a new trick to the PolarMath page today. Also found out, after a lot of frustration, that we have to have cookies enabled in order to access the Geocities file manager. Arrgh.
