About the
Author: Noam Chomsky is not only a political
analyst, but also a well-known linguist. He is Institute Professor
in the Department of Linguistics and Philosophy at the Massachusetts
Institute of Technology, where he has taught since 1955. Ramsey
Clark is an attorney, teacher and writer. He was Attorney General
of the United States during the Johnson Administration. Edward
Said is Old Dominion Foundation Professor in Humanities at Columbia
University. He is of Palestinian origin, and once served on the
Palestine National Council.
