The Polish-American Club of Columbus po raz kolejny zorganizowal polonijna zabawe. Tym razem do tanca gral szescioosobowy zespol "Harmony Brothers", ktory swoja muzyka porwal wszystkich na parkiet. Bar, pod kierunkiem Teda, serwowal swietne wina, piwo z beczki, a dla smakoszy - piwo "Zywiec". Kuchnia byla pelna tradycyjnych potraw polskich, lacznie z bigosem az w siedniu wariantach! Tworczyniami bigosu byly panie-konkursowiczki, ktore dzielnie stanely do walki o miano Krolowej. Szanowna komisja miala nie lada problem z wylonieniem zwyciezczyni. Oceniano smak, zapach, wyglad, zawartosc potraw. Krolowa Bigosu zostala Ewa K. Gratulujemy! Wszystkim paniom dziekujemy! Dzieki nim i calemu sztabowi wolontaruszy, mozemy milo wspominac kolejna polonijna impreze.

The Polish-American Club of Columbus one more time organized dancing-party. This time we danced to the music of "Harmony Brothers" band. The bar under Ted's "management" offered a full line of wine, keg beer, and of course Zywiec Beer.
The kitchen offered all kinds of traditional dishes, including bigos in 7 ways of preparation.That night we also chose the winner of Bigos challenge. The judges had a very difficult task to choose a winner. The bigos was judged by taste, smell, look, and by ingredients. The Queen of Bigos was Ewa K. Congratulations!!!!

Thanks to them and all volunteers we can keep more wonderful memories from PAC gatherings.
