NOVEMBER 2001 |
WEEK# -- who's counting any ways??? November 2, 2001 Well, somehow I gained 1.5lbs this week. I really don't know how or why. I drank PLENTY of water (at least 100oz./day), and worked-out 4x this week. I dunno...but I'm not too discouraged. I just need to pick up the pieces and move on. I did really bad over the weekend (Mom's 50th b-day, reunion, etc.)...so that must be where it came from. All I know is I'm not letting it get me down, I'm just going to do MUCH better this weekend. I am finally getting back in the swing of working out, and drinking the water, it took me a few weeks, but I'm there now. I'm starting to really love working out again too -- that's the BEST feeling in the world. I have also added stair climbing to my daily activities. There are 75 stairs here in my office (4 floors), so I am trying to do them at least 2 times during the day. And I think as the weeks go on I'll add a flight each week. Sounds like a plan. My mini-goal of losing 7lbs by my b-day doesn't seem too realistic, but I'm not giving up. Just going to work that much harder. But even if I don't make it...I tried, and I'm still looking to the 20lbs by New Years!!!! That would be AWESOME!!! Grand total of 60lbs in a year...not too shabby!!!! Well, until next time ~~~~~~~ |
