"Not Happy Jan" is the name of a thread that kept geting bumped on the oRO forums. Some lady kept complaining about her expired time or something, that it should have lasted to February 1st (Jan meaning January). The thread just wouldn't go away for months, heh. Anyway, it became sort of an in-joke to the forum members.
