Beef Stroganoff

Here is my recipe for Beef Stroganoff

You will need: Here's how you do it:
  1. Trim fat and gristle from the steak and cut into 3/4 inch chunks
  2. Place into frying pan to brown and add the onions
  3. Add the Worcestershire sauce and continue browning the meat
  4. Start cooking noodles per the package directions
  5. When meat is done, add the soup and sour cream and stir well
  6. Simmer for 5 to 10 minutes (don't let it get too thick)
  7. Serve over cooked noodles with a side vegetable
Notes:
There is plenty of flavor in this dish, but I like to top mine
with fresh ground black pepper. I have occasionally used
white wine to deglaze the pan after the meat is browned which
brings more flavor into the dish.
