Beefy Macaroni

Here is my recipe for Beefy Macaroni.

You will need: Here's how you do it:
  1. Brown the beef in a large roasting pan
  2. Add the onion before the beef is fully cooked
  3. Add the Worcestershire sauce and stir
  4. Add the tomato juice
  5. Add the macaroni and stir
  6. Reduce heat to Medium/Low and cover
  7. Salt and Pepper to taste
  8. When the macaroni is cooked, top with grated cheese and serve
Notes:
I use ground sirloin so I usually do not have to drain the fat.
I've found that grating my own cheese saves money, but I usually
buy the Monterrey Jack/Colby combination already grated.
This dish is usually served with a side of cut corn.
