Ah Hah! You want to read about the BIG amplifier. This setup is a major
Rock n' Roll machine putting out 200 Watts to each Carvin 2x12
cabinet through a Crest P-2501 amplifier. The top rack has a
Juice Goose power distribution module feeding the other components
including an Alesis 3630 Compressor/Limiter/Gate. If you've never
used a compressor on guitar you are really missing an experience! The main
effects are done in the Digitech GSP-5. It has a myriad of settings
to shape the sound of a guitar just about any way you can imagine. There
are front panel controls for programming and I use an ADA MC-1 midipedal
to select any one of the 99 memory locations. Also included is a Sansui
AX-7 four channel mixer for inserting other sound sources and a PAIA
6790 dual knee limiter for speaker protection. This thing goes from dead
quiet to earth shattering with a flick of the pick. Plug your ears if you
can't handle a wall of sound!
