A.D., we
performed at
one-act play
competition
versus five
other school
districts in
Waxahachie, TX.
The play we
performed was
"You're A Good
Man, Charlie
Brown !",
better known as
YAGMCB to those
involved. We
took home the
first place
trophy ! I was
so proud of the
cast, crew, and
myself. (I was
Peppermint
Patty, as if
you didn't know
by now) I was
especially
happy for Mrs.
May-Edney and
Ms. Tarpley for
dedicating
themselves to
this show. We
all worked so
hard on the
play and I'd
like to think
that it showed.

I
had so much fun
putting on this
show. I really
loved getting
to know
everyone
better,
especially
Robert and
Katie. Everyone
did such an
amazing job and
we truly earned
every ounce of
gold in that
trophy.
When
we first began
the show,
Sarah
Porter
was cast as
Snoopy and
James
Jackson
was set to play
Schroeder.
However, about
two weeks
before the
show, the two
had to be
replaced due to
certain
complications.
James still
participated in
our show,
however, so..
much gratitude
to him. A word
also to
Telia
Trammel,
she was an
awesome stage
manager. Thanks
for calming me
down backstage,
girl ! :) I
was/am sooo
proud of
everyone !
Especially
Ragan and Ben,
who won out of
everyone in all
5 districts. I
think it's
pretty safe to
say that we
rocked the
house !!!!! I
love you guys !
Let's win again
in '01 and show
off our Knight
pride !
