Hobbies and Personal Interest

All study and no play makes Jack a dull boy. Apart from studying, there are many things that I enjoy doing. Things such as cycling, shopping.

One of my hobbies is to shop. Well, who said that shopping = broke?? There's a term called 'window shopping'. Why is it so interesting? That's because who shops alone? Shopping with friends can be really interesting as this allows you to spend some time joking and chatting with them. In short, it allows me to enjoy and appreciate the company of my friends. For me, shopping helps to decrease the stress level in me, as well as to maintain that smile on my face everyday.

Another hobby of my would be cycling. An interesting hobby that I can never afford to give up. Cycling brings much joy and thrills to me as we cycle through all kinds of area, you name it, we'll do it! Stunt bikes are not my type, although it provides much more flexibility then a mountain bike, stunts that involves flying in the air had never been tried out and well never be. To me, it's a risk of life, totally not worth a try. As mountain bikes are heavier, stunts are restricted to those on the ground type, meaning that at least 1 wheel of the bicycle is touching the ground. Thus being safer and less risk of breaking my bone. Another reason for cycling only the mountain bike is that the ride would be very much more comfortable, especially for long distance.

Stay-overs at friends house are rather entertaining and interesting. That's because during the stay-overs, havoc are created over the night, of course the noise level is maintained. Usually during these times, we are kept entertained with either PS2 or the mahjong set.

Due to time constraint, I had to give up many things that were once my favorite.Some of these are:

Bowling- An interesting sport of my that I gave up for some time (2 months) due to personal financial crisis(money spent on shopping). Recalled playing this sport often with my friends, I have to admit that this is an expensive sport.

Golf- Played it in the past when both my dad and my uncle were less busy in their jobs. Stopped playing it for some time (8months). I can assume that I have forgotten all my techniques.

	Tennis- Played this with my mother and younger brother every Sunday in the past. We used to make at effort booking a court and going to play in the morning. Now that everyone is busy with their own work, we stopped playing.
	Soccer- The sport that everyone once played before. Stopped playing after my quite-serious ankle injury, also the time when my secondary school field closed down due to some upgrading program. Will start playing soon.
