Poverty Be-Gone guarantees never to use your name, email addressor any other personal information given to it for any other use but to identify your positions and entries within its own database. Your information will never be sold, given away or solicitored to any third party or other member with out your permission.

Terms and Conditions.

The completion and submitting of the sign-up form is considered acceptance of the terms and conditions of involvement with this organization and are binding. If the member is in breach of the terms and conditions are outlined in this document, then any actions that are taken as outlined will be carried out with the members full knowledge.

The member understands and excepts that this program requires the recruitment of additional members to the organization and increasing sales for the program to grow and return the pay schedule as outlined in the pay plan. Although individual recruitment is not required due to the forced matrix system being utilized, members understand that the promotion of the program is necessary and agree to assist with the promotion and marketing of the opportunity as part of their involvement. Every member should endeavor to promote the program where possible.

It is acknowledged that all businesses contain risks. Never invest anymore that you can afford to loose. Never join this or any other program until you have a complete understanding of how it works and what is expected of you.

The product available via PBG is the paid entry into STI of US$3.00. The cost is a one time of US$0.30 for PBG membership. The member understands that no guarantees are given to reach any payout level or that a payout level will be achieved within any particular time frame. It is also understood that the management of the program will make every effort to ensure the growth and viability of the opportunity but are not responsible for the success or failure of the program.

It is the members responsibility to ensure that the e-mail address and account details supplied are current. No responsibility will be taken for out of date information and loss of payment due to out of date information. It is understood that this opportunity is a feeder program to STI and Unified Gold and therefore feeds into those opportunities. These earned positions are fixed and cannot be exchanged for money, It is also the members responsibility to update and keep current their personal information with these earned positions and this program takes no responsibility for members failure to do so.

The completion of the registration form is also acknowledgement from the member that he/she is aware that their details will be passed on to the owners of Success Team International. The member is entitled to the products and services as outlined on the website as part of the membership when joining the club and agrees that the value of this is part of the membership fee and are considered Value for money.

The member understands and agrees that the product which thy are entitled to as part of their membership are not transferable and are for their sole use as part of their membership.

The program has a zero Spam policy and any member that has been proven to have been spamming will be removed from the program and forfeit their membership fees and any positions within the program, which will revert back to the management. Notification of this action will be submitted to the member in question be e-mail and a limited process of appeal will be considered, once discussion has been handed down it is final and no further consideration will be entered into.

Refunds and Cancellations. There will be no refunds of the membership fees, and all cancelled positions will revert to the ownership of the Poverty Be-gone Downline Club and used to help various charity projects.
