Steve
Francis has got to be one of the most exciting players in the
league at the moment, outshining most of his competitors in his
position. His dribbling skills and almost "street-ball"
way of playing leaves others way behind. His Dribbling skills
have got to be up there with that of Iverson's and Kobe's, but
sometimes, at any moment, he will just pull out another trick
that'll leave others wondering, including Iverson. Iverson is
no doubt the fastest guard in the NBA, but this man will
have to be the most exciting and innovative of all
the other guards. His crossover is probably only matched by that
of Iverson's at the moments, but on the real, this nigga can crossover
any mothafucka on the court. His "jumpy and bouncy"
type of dribbling can fool any player of any calibur. It's fair
to say that he is in the top 5 guards at the moment, but
his team puts him behind. Seriously, without Hakeem, Houston is
going downhill and Francis is their only hope. Probably a bit
too much for the youngster but I can guarantee you that if Houston
will ever make it into the finals, it'll be through Franchise.
At 6'3, this man almost won the dunking competition, which at
the end was one by Vince Carter. He started his career off with
a good note, winning co-rookie of the week honours alongside fat-ass
Elton Brand who shouldn't have won. His innovation in the dunking
game is also spectacular. Probabably not as good as VC or McGrady
or Kobe, but if we compare him to those of his size, he is unparalleled.
Excepting ofcourse Baron Davis who dunked his first dunk at 5'6.
That's why most of the pictures you'll see of him will be him
dunking.
Let's not forget his jumpshot though. He can pull it off from
anywhere beyond the arc or inside with killer accuracy. It's a
simple jumpshot that is pretty old-skool, but it's the way he
pulls it off that makes te difference. His dribbling skills help
a lot in getting past his competition, then the simple jumpshot
into the hoop to finish it off. That's how the top guards are
playing in the league at the moment. Francis, Iverson, Marbury
etc.
This man has got it all; dribbling, speed, innovation, jumpshot,
crossover. And ofcourse this man leaves other guards in a shithole
with his Strength, one of the bigger guards in terms of Strength
and muscles.
